A Bit About Me

My name is George and since a very young age I have been obsessed with cars and anything automotive. All I wanted to do was have a car of my own to cherish and take on road trips, so much so that at the age of 16 my patience had run out and I bought my first car, a dark metallic blue Volkswagen Up! that I named Carl Fredricksen from the movie Up. I loved this car but I couldn't drive it yet so every Sunday I would fill a bucket of water with shampoo, a sponge and a few microfibre cloths and wash it. This is where my love of car care began, although I wince looking back at the rudimentary cleaning methods I used. I went through the rest of my education years slowly picking up new processes and products for car cleaning which earned me the title 'most obsessed with their car' at my school leavers ceremony.

During University and lockdown I started a valeting business operating in the local area, through this I met an experienced detailer who introduced me to the world of paint correction, ceramic coatings and working on exclusive high end vehicles which up until this point I had not had any experience with. Learning detailing processes and techniques and working on some of my dream cars was an incredible feeling and quickly prompted me to learn more about this world and integrate into my own business. In February 2022 I enrolled in the Slims Morelli detailing course and gained my IMI Certification in detailing and ceramic coatings and expanded my business into offering these services.

Since then I have been blown away with how well the business has done and what's been achieved so far. I only have my amazing clients to thank for their continued support. The journey continues!
